This new era of social distancing means a lot (two words) of you are working from home. Which probably means you’re doing more typing than talking. Plus social media has taken on a whole new level of popularity.
Even if you’re not working, I bet within the past 24 hours you have composed an email, or posted a status, or captioned a picture, or sent out a text… And that, my friend, is also why YOU should want to become a better writer.
Yes, pregnant women can drink coffee. And eat seafood. And take certain medications. Yes, breastfeeding moms can also use formula. And drink wine. And pump less than five times a day.
Yes, mom-shaming is a real thing.
And it’s not always someone scolding you for doing something “wrong.” Usually, it comes in the form of “Are you sure…?” or “When I did it…”
I’ve previously disclosed my love for Meal Box subscriptions. Between the ease of preparation, the elimination of grocery shopping, and the healthiness of options provided, they are amazing (especially for a first-time mom with a disability who is currently self-quarantining).

While any point during the school year has its highs and lows, I’m a firm believer in these winter months being the most challenging. It’s pitch-black the second you leave the building, Spring Break is so far away, your established routines suddenly feel boring, and school spirit is sucked dry now that Homecoming seems like it was decades ago.
